Rachel Fields is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with nearly 15 years of critical care nursing experience. Born and raised in Sussex County, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients throughout the community.

Rachel completed her nursing education at Delaware Technical Community College, Salisbury University, and Walden University, and pursued post-master’s training at Georgetown University with advanced study in adult dermatology and acute care medicine. She is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Throughout her career, Rachel has worked closely with regional healthcare systems including TidalHealth, Bayhealth, and Beebe Medical Center, ensuring continuity of care for patients across the region. She has also contributed to nursing education as a content expert in curriculum development for Delaware State University.

Rachel’s academic and leadership achievements include membership in the Sigma Alpha Pi National Honor Society and the Golden Key International Honour Society. Outside of her professional work, she is the proud mother of six children and remains deeply committed to the Sussex County community she calls home.
